From Yotpo to your site in three steps
No API key and no developer. If you can copy your store's address, you can do this.

Paste your store URL
Add a new source in Shapo, choose Yotpo and paste your store's address. If your theme does not load Yotpo on the home page, paste your Yotpo app key from the Yotpo admin instead of the URL.

Pick the reviews
Set a minimum star rating, skip reviews with no text, and tick the ones you want. Tag them by product or campaign if you like.

Add the widget
Choose a grid, carousel, list or badge, match it to your brand, and paste the embed code into your site.

Questions
Do I need Yotpo API credentials?
No. The Yotpo app key is public, it is already in your store's page source, and it is all Shapo needs. You never share your secret key.
We only use Yotpo Loyalty. Will this work?
No. Loyalty uses a different key and has no reviews to import. The importer needs Yotpo Reviews installed on the store.
Are merchant replies imported?
No, only the customer's review. Your reply stays in Yotpo.
Does Shapo change anything in my Yotpo account?
No. Shapo only reads reviews that are already public on your store. Nothing is written back to Yotpo, and your storefront widgets keep working as they do now.
How do new reviews get to my widget?
Turn on auto-sync when you import, and new Yotpo reviews that match your filters are added to Shapo automatically. Auto-sync, and importing up to 1,000 reviews at once, are on the Pro plan.
Where can I show the widget?
Anywhere you can paste a snippet of HTML: Shopify pages, WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace and most landing page builders. You can also put your reviews on a hosted Wall of Love page.
