Find out why customers buy, stay or leave
Your numbers say what happened. They do not say why. Shapo talks to each customer for a few messages, asks the follow-up an interviewer would, and ranks the reasons it hears.
Free plan included. No credit card.
Thanks for shopping with us! What made you pick the trail runners?
Mostly the reviews, and I needed something for wet trails.
Good to know. How did they hold up on the wet trails so far?
Great grip. The laces come loose though.
That is useful, thank you. Would a lace lock have helped, or a different lace?
What changes when you know the reason
Churn
Fix the thing that loses customers
A cancelled plan says nothing. "The invoice never matched my payout" tells you what to fix.
Roadmap
Settle debates with counts
When 11 of 40 conversations mention onboarding, that is the next project.
Response rates
Hear from people who skip forms
A short chat on their phone, in their language, that reacts to what they say.
Write the goal, not the questions
Describe what you want to learn in one sentence. Shapo writes the title and the intro. Each question is written during the conversation, from the answer before it, up to the limit you set.
- Three to ten questions per conversation
- 52 languages, right to left included
- Your logo, colours and assistant name

Help us understand your first month
Two minutes, no forms. Tell us what worked and what did not.
The questions are written live, from each answer
Forty conversations, one page to read
Each finished conversation gets a sentiment, its topics and a two-line summary. The insights report groups what came up across all of them and counts the mentions, so you act on the pattern, not the loudest customer.
- Filter responses by sentiment and date
- Issues, themes and recommendations, with mention counts
- A written summary you can paste into a team update

Ask right after it happens
After checkout, after a cancellation, after a support ticket closes. Put the survey on a page, open it from a corner button, or email it to a customer list with a campaign.
- Inline, floating button, or a plain link
- Returning visitors continue where they stopped
- The page is saved with every response

Questions
Do I have to write the questions?
No. You write the goal in a sentence, like "find out why customers cancel after the first month". Shapo writes the title and intro, and each question is written from the customer's previous answer. You set the limit, from three to ten questions.
Why not a normal survey?
Fixed questions get short answers, and the "why" box is the one people skip. A follow-up that reacts to what they just said gets the explanation.
How long does it take to read the results?
Each conversation arrives with a sentiment, its topics and a two-line summary. The insights report groups what came up across all of them and counts the mentions.
Which languages?
Fifty-two, right to left included. The conversation, the buttons and the thank you screen all use the language you pick.
What is free?
One survey, with the first ten responses visible. Pro removes both limits and adds the insights and the written report.
Stop guessing why customers leave
One survey is free. Write the goal, share the link, read the reasons.
