Is Shapo a full Typeform replacement?

What does the Typeform free plan include now?
Typeform's help centre lists 10 responses a month across all your forms on the free plan, checked on September 23, 2026. Shapo's free plan includes one survey that keeps collecting every response and shows you the first ten, plus unlimited forms and widgets and up to 10 testimonials.
What happens to my Typeform responses if I switch?
Download your results from Typeform as a spreadsheet so the history stays with you. Then recreate the survey or testimonial form in Shapo and swap the embed. New answers collect in Shapo from that point on.
Can I ask the NPS question on a testimonial form?
Yes. Add a 0 to 10 NPS field to a Shapo collection form. You get the score from people who also left a review, and those answers never show on your widgets.
How do the AI follow-up questions work?
An AI survey starts from a goal you write and asks 3 to 10 questions, each one written from the last answer, in 52 languages. NPS and feedback surveys keep their fixed question and can add one AI follow-up to ask why someone gave that score.
Will a survey on my site annoy visitors?
It can sit inline on a page or wait as a button in a corner until someone clicks it. "Not now" hides the button for the rest of that visit. You can also send it as a link or in an email campaign instead.
