Delighted alternative
Delighted closed. Keep your NPS running.
Qualtrics shut Delighted down on June 30, 2026. If your team relied on it for NPS, Shapo asks the same 0 to 10 question by email, link or website, shows the reason behind every score, and costs nothing to start.
Free plan included. No credit card.

Which one fits you
Choose Shapo if
- You ran NPS on email, a link or your website and want it back this week
- You want the reason behind each score, not just the number
- You would like promoters to become testimonials on your site, in the same tool
- You are a small or mid-sized team and want to start free
Choose a CX suite such as Qualtrics XM if
- You need SMS or in-app mobile surveys
- You run account-level NPS across a large B2B customer base with a CX team
- You need CES, journey analytics or data warehouse exports
How to move over
- 1
Keep your Delighted export
Your last scores and comments are the baseline. Note the NPS and the promoter and detractor shares from the final quarter.
- 2
Create an NPS survey
Pick NPS when you create it. The standard question and a reason prompt are filled in; change the wording and colours to match your brand.
- 3
Put it where Delighted was
Send it by email campaign, paste the link into your receipts, or add the floating button to your account page. Compare the first month with your baseline.
Questions
Is Delighted really gone?
Yes. Qualtrics closed Delighted on June 30, 2026, and its page now says the product is no longer available. Qualtrics points former customers to its own XM platform.
Can I import my old Delighted responses into Shapo?
Not today. Shapo has no importer for past survey responses. Keep the CSV you exported from Delighted as your baseline and compare it with the scores Shapo collects from here on.
Can I still email my NPS survey?
Yes. Pick the survey as the target of a Shapo email campaign, upload your contacts, and each person gets a personal link. The campaign report shows who responded. Campaigns are on the Pro plan, with 500 invites a month.
Does Shapo send surveys by SMS?
No. Shapo surveys go out by email, at a link you can put anywhere (a receipt, a QR code, your own SMS tool), inline on a page, or from a floating button on your site.
What does it cost?
The free plan has one survey that keeps collecting every response and shows you the first ten. Pro is $29 a month and shows every response, adds unlimited surveys, AI insights and email campaigns.
Is the score calculated the same way?
Yes. Shapo uses the standard 0 to 10 question: 9 and 10 are promoters, 0 to 6 are detractors, and the score is the share of promoters minus the share of detractors.
