From Loox to your site in three steps
No API key and no developer. If you can copy your store's address, you can do this.

Paste your store URL
Add a new source in Shapo, choose Loox and paste your store's address. If Shapo cannot find Loox on your home page, paste the 10 character Loox client ID from your store's Loox script instead.

Pick the reviews
Set a minimum star rating, skip reviews with no text, and tick the ones you want. Tag them by product or campaign if you like.

Choose a grid, carousel, list or badge, match it to your brand, and paste the embed code into your site.
What comes across from Loox
Shapo reads your store reviews and the product reviews from your whole catalogue together, newest first. Loox shows reviewer names as a first name and last initial, so that is what Shapo shows too.

Questions
Do I need a Loox plan with API access?
No. Shapo reads the reviews your Loox reviews page already shows visitors, so it works on any Loox plan. You do not need the Loox API or its keys.
My store hides review dates. What date does Shapo use?
For photo reviews, the day the photo was uploaded. For reviews without a photo, the day you import them.
Why are reviewer names shortened?
Loox shows a first name and last initial on your store, and Shapo imports the name exactly as shown. Full names never leave Loox.
Does Shapo change anything in my Loox account?
No. Shapo only reads reviews that are already public on your store. Nothing is written back to Loox, and your storefront widgets keep working as they do now.
How do new reviews get to my widget?
Turn on auto-sync when you import, and new Loox reviews that match your filters are added to Shapo automatically. Auto-sync, and importing up to 1,000 reviews at once, are on the Pro plan.
Where can I show the widget?
Anywhere you can paste a snippet of HTML: Shopify pages, WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace and most landing page builders. You can also put your reviews on a hosted Wall of Love page.
