Is the Review Booster free?
Yes, on every plan. The Pro plan removes the Shapo branding and lets you host the page on your own subdomain.
Which review sites can I link to?
Any URL. Google, Trustpilot, Facebook, Yelp, G2, Capterra, the App Store, or your own site. Our free Google review link generator gives you the direct link that opens the review box.
Can I host it on my own domain?
On Pro, yes. Connect a subdomain such as review.yourcompany.com from the editor, add a TXT record and a CNAME at your DNS provider, and the certificate is handled for you. Root domains cannot be connected.
Does it filter out unhappy customers?
No. Every customer sees the same links to public platforms. Showing the review sites only to happy customers is against Google's policy and we do not build it.
How do I get the link to customers?
Put it in your order confirmation, invoice, SMS, email signature or a QR code at the counter. It is one URL, so it works anywhere a link does.
Do the reviews come back into Shapo?
Reviews written on the Shapo form link land in your workspace right away. Reviews left on Google, Trustpilot and the other platforms can be imported and kept in sync, then shown on your widgets and Wall of Love.
