Feedback widget
Find out where visitors get stuck, on the page it happens
Analytics shows where people leave. It does not say why. A small feedback button lets visitors tell you while they are still on the page, and every comment arrives with its URL.
Free plan included. No credit card.
What analytics cannot tell you
Drop-offs
Know what to change on the page that loses sales
A 60% exit rate is a mystery. "No delivery estimate for Canada" is a fix.
Silent visitors
Hear from people who never write in
Most people leave quietly. One tap and one sentence is a low enough bar.
Redesigns
Decide with what visitors said
Sort by unhappy, group by page, fix the top of the list.
Every comment comes with its page
The URL is saved with the response, so "the button does nothing" arrives with the page it happened on. Nothing to reproduce, nobody to email back.
- Emoji or star scale, 1 to 5
- A comment box with your own prompt
- Filter by sentiment and date, export to CSV

Ask why when someone is unhappy
A sad face with no comment is a dead end. Turn on the AI follow-up and Shapo asks what went wrong, stops at the number of questions you set, and summarises the answer.
- Follow-up in the visitor's language
- Summary and topics on every response
- Insights report across all feedback on Pro
Sorry the visit did not go well. What happened?
Could not find the shipping cost before checkout.
Thanks. Where did you look for it?
On the product page and in the cart.
One snippet for reviews and feedback
The feedback button runs on the same one-line snippet as your Shapo review widgets. No second vendor and no second script on the page. Visitors who loved the visit are one click from leaving a review.
- Bottom left or right, with your own button text
- Free plan: one survey, first ten responses visible
- Pro: every response, AI insights and reports

Why not rely on analytics and support tickets?
Analytics shows where visitors leave, not why. Tickets come from the few who bother, after they have struggled. A feedback button catches the people in between, on the page, in their own words.
How does it get onto my site?
Paste one line of HTML, the same snippet Shapo widgets use, on the pages you want. It works on Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace and plain HTML.
What does a visitor see?
A small button in a corner with your text on it. It opens a panel with your question, an emoji or star scale and a comment box. If you turn on the AI follow-up, it asks one or two questions about the answer.
Will it annoy people?
It waits in the corner until someone clicks it, and "not now" hides it for the rest of the visit.
How is this different from the NPS survey?
The feedback widget asks how a visit went, on a 1 to 5 scale. The NPS survey asks the recommendation question on a 0 to 10 scale and reports a Net Promoter Score. Both use the same button.
Hear from visitors while they are still there
One feedback survey is free. Paste the snippet and read what comes in.
