As a Fitness Professional this is the best App on the market I had open heart. Surgery and I came right back to this App to give me that extra boost .

This app is great for understanding different muscular movements and how to properly perform those muscular movements. The app also gives you a very detailed visual of what the movement look like with regard to the primary movers, synergist and the agonist muscles working together.

I just loved
Open Minded and Looker of New Creativity
I have found nothing like this app that takes an exercise and shows the muscles at the upper and deeper levels of my body. It is very educational and has shined some unobvious weaknesses that I have to compensate for through injuries I have. Without this app I would not have understood muscles and areas of my body that were affected by exercises I was doing. If you are a diehard exercise person that wants to improve your health. This is a must have application it doesnât require a medical degree. It talks and exercise language and shows live working example and animated example of the muscles being used and how to do the exercise in the gym. Try this youâll love it.

This app is definitely worth the money⌠second year using it.

Muscle and Motion - I love it!
As someone in my 60s and new to weight training, Muscle and Motion has been an absolute game-changer. The appâs clear animations and step-by-step instructions make it nearly impossible to mess upâessential when you want to avoid injuries. Itâs like having a patient, knowledgeable coach guiding me through every move.
What sets it apart is the attention to detail and the quick, friendly support. I had a question, reached out, and got a prompt reply that made me feel truly valued. The app is professional, easy to use, and packed with helpful info for newbies and seasoned lifters alike.
Honestly, I didnât expect to enjoy learning proper form this much, but here I am, hooked. If youâre starting out or want to fine-tune your technique, Muscle and Motion is an absolute must-have. Itâs clear, empowering, and downright brilliant!

Iâve only just begun exploring the depth of opportunity this app has to offer; I could not be more excited. I love fitness, and I love to teach, so itâs no surprise that after my Army days were complete, I found my passion and specialty in life as a personal trainer. Iâll admit Iâve never been as excited as I am for what this one has to offer. It addresses so many different concerns that anybody might seek out personal trainer to help address. I feel very prepared to help anybody through anything now knowing that I have this as such a good resource. Not to mention the personal discoveries I have made simply by observing the 3-D anatomy at work. This is just a fantastic app and I look forward to being a lifelong customer. If that was an option, I wouldâve selected it in a heartbeat. ( theyâd probably end up having a video showing exactly what that heartbeat looked like lol) jk. Thank you guys for the hard work. I promise you have already made major impacts on many people.

If you care about proper form, lifting techniques, and body movements/mechanics, then this app is for you. Incredible stuff here

I love the app's demonstrations, like how I can set up the workout for others. It definitely helps me practice to become a PT, as I'm currently studying to be a NASM-CPT. It gives all the correct information along with more. This is definitely a great app to learn and use if you're a trainer or just want to learn body movement. Also, the videos break down what body part you're doing and the action.

I donât even debate renewing it.

Love the 3d model and direction to functional exercises...visualise your body as a piece of clay and sculpt your body in specific areas, target muscle groups much like Arnold Schwarzenegger used to quote... well done
