Westhaven was very responsive and returned our call quickly. We had an issue with our Sunpower system Solar and battery (not installed by Westhaven), which no one else was able to diagnose and correct. They sent Daniel to our home to address the issue. Not only was he able to use his previous Sunpower installation knowledge to understand the issue and fix it, but he also took the extra time to address an issue we had with pigeons getting through our critter guard under our solar panels. He cleaned out the bird nest and re-secured the critter guard better than the original installation. I thought there was no hope of getting my system up and running again since Sunpower went bankrupt. But Daniel really saved the day. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and an all-around good guy thatbdid everything he could to help. He was successful, and we were very happy with his service. Fast forward 5 years to the present day, and Westhaven sticks by its product. I had some issues with solar production and Westhaven came through for me. Having had solar for 12+ years a leak showed up. Westhaven sent tech out to assess and fix. Tech was very knowlegable, friendly and fixed the broken tile that probably had a hairline fracture by installers and over the years it broke the tile and shifted. All this and no charge!!!!! So far I have been very pleased with westhaven, purchased solar from them back in 2022 and they made the entire process very easy. Even when pge tried changing rules and regulations that affected my permission to operate, they were even willing to cover any additional costs related to upgrades required. Pge ended up changing it back but the fact that westhaven was going to pay for it and not charge me even thought the technically could have spoke volumes. It’s been about two years now and my system has run flawlessly. pge are crooks. Westhaven is awesome.

Only issue I had was one of our the panels had stopped producing in March and we didn’t noticed that it had stopped working until mid May. We didn’t get any notice that it had stopped producing. It also took approximately 4-5 weeks to get the part to fix the panel. All is working now and Westhaven did complete the service as scheduled and were very good at contacting us as to when they would be at the house etc…

Very satisfied with Westhaven's design and installation of a 21-panel system plus battery backup on my house in Davis. Excellent service from everyone I encountered -- Adam Dockrey on initial consultation and design, different Adam on site survey and install, Abby on scheduling, David on solar install, Jason on electrical install, Karan and Ruby on billing. Comprehensive service from a large team of employees, many of whom seem to have been with the company a long time -- good sign. Also good that they do everything in house, no subcontractors. High quality workmanship and materials, very prompt and professional, reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.

We purchased solar panels last year. The install went smooth and fast and it looked very clean and professionally installed took only 1.5 days to complete after scheduled. We have enjoyed paying $25-$35 a month to PG&E and only the payment to Westhaven it was less than monthly normal (pre solar ) bill and when the summer came it was still $25-$35 plus Westhaven payment compared to $275-$300 a month. Iwaswashappy but worried about the True UP bill would be when it came in and PG&E OWED US $250 So last 2 months we still have a credit of maybe 3 more months free of a PG& E bill. The investment is paying off way more than I thought so glad my wife talked this douter into it.
